| FRED WEST IV BALLOON On the evening of November 30, 2019 we received the following message and photographs from Fred West IV November 30th 2019, Sussex county Delaware My name is Fred West IV, and I found the balloon in a field where we were cutting beans. I work for my father and my grandfather on a commercial grain farm. It was probably around 3 in the afternoon when I found the balloon, and noticed it had a little card attached so I read it and was honored to have read about “Dan the man”.
